Project Management Intern

Project Management Intern - Redvest (Remote/Hybrid in Marina del Rey, CA)

Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for project management, technology, and startups? Redvest, an AI-powered stock market game app for Gen Zs, is a rapidly growing startup with over 150,000 users. We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing projects and working directly with a fast-paced startup team revolutionizing financial education through gaming.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Slack and project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar) to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress across teams.
  • Coordinate schedules, set up meetings, and help ensure smooth communication among team members.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, assist in scheduling posts, and oversee content timelines.
  • Help with pitch deck preparation, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Assist with email communication, including drafting, sending, and organizing responses.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time by checking in with teammates and offering support as needed.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to streamline workflows and ensure projects align with company goals.
  • Contribute to marketing and social media efforts by organizing campaigns and scheduling posts.
  • Monitor progress on deliverables and identify potential bottlenecks, suggesting solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Stay open to learning new tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Slack and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana, Monday).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in startups, technology, and financial literacy.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing calendars, social media scheduling, or content management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with pitch decks and presentation tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in project management, marketing, or team coordination is a bonus.
