Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a Learning & Development Intern. This role will provide value to the company by providing support and project management for different training initiatives including new hire and leadership developments within the Our People Department.

The intern selected will be responsible for the following:
System Administration
- Work within the Learning Management System (LMS) including adding, deleting, changing existing user properties, or other assigned tasks.
- Add new content, test, and resolve issues such as navigation, links, and functionality
- Engage users by advertising announcements and new content on SharePoint
Project Support
- Collect content requirements for Learning and Development curricula
- Develop learning materials using styles that will influence a learner’s engagement in training activities and retention of content
- Manage content deadlines with subject matter experts
- Collaborate with Learning and Development Team to identify risk areas and deadlines
- Attend and create meetings as necessary
Digital Media Support
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to create in-depth training videos
- Assist with video editing as necessary
- Upload content to the Learning Management System and test

Position Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or a High School Diploma and an Instructional Design Certification
- Experience with Business and/or Learning and Development
- Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required
- Experience with SharePoint, Captivate, Articulate 360, iStock, Dropbox and Microsoft Teams, desired
- Valid driver’s license
- 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage
- Training and Travel willingness
- Excellent organizational and technological skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
