Food plays a vital role in making sure every camper and staff member has the energy they need for an amazing week. As a Food Service Intern, you'll be at the heart of the action—prepping, serving, and keeping our kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, cooking, and baking under supervision.
- Serve meals to campers and staff with a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Clean and organize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Help with inventory, restocking, and food storage.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work alongside the Head Cook and other team members to ensure smooth meal operations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum age: 15 years old.
- Faith in Christ Jesus and a desire to contribute to the camp’s mission and values.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
