Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Determining customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assisting customers on phone, email and chat platforms
- Using multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone
- Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to resolve concerns

Must haves for the job
- 18 Years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
