• All positions will also act as a counselor - living in a cabin with and leading 6-10 campers alongside two other counselors

About Camp Winaukee:

Camp Winaukee is a premier overnight boys’ sports camp on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, running for seven weeks for boys ages 7–15. This position provides hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, helping interns develop key business competencies such as team coordination, event planning, and operational management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and coordinate sports programs while managing groups of campers, fostering teamwork, and guiding participants in achieving their goals.
• Operations & Logistics: Assist in the organization and execution of daily camp activities, helping ensure smooth scheduling, resource allocation, and time management.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Provide a high-quality experience for campers and parents by ensuring engagement, effective communication, and camper satisfaction.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Develop training programs to enhance participants' skills while applying business principles such as performance evaluation, motivation strategies, and leadership development.
• Event Planning & Execution: Help coordinate inter-camp competitions, team activities, and special events, providing insight into sports management and large-scale event operations.
