
Human Resource Intern
Join our team as a Human Resource Intern and get hands-on training in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering a path to full-time employment for high-performing interns.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain employee records (digital and physical)
- Assist with processing payroll for full-time and temporary staff
- Help onboard new hires and support orientation sessions
- Coordinate with staffing agencies to fill open positions
- Collaborate on cross-departmental training and HR initiatives
- Serve as backup support for HR team members
- Support temp-to-perm transitions for team members
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus
Work Environment:
- Office environment with occasional visits to factory or warehouse areas
- Long periods of sitting and computer work
- Exposure to products that may contain peanuts, tree nuts, or other allergens
