What I liked

I liked the opportunity to develop knowledge about the mortgage industry. I also enjoyed building upon my communication and customer service skills when catering to clients objections and wants/needs.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have known the work hours of the day. They had originally told me my shifts would be from 9am-6pm, but those switched to 10am-8pm.


Don’t do it if you can’t handle making 800+ phone calls per day, specifically to some people who have little to no interest in mortgage loans.
