I enjoyed being able to gain real world experience form a wide range of professionals.
What I wish was different
I wish the company was more focused on properly training their interns and aiming to better retain them for full time offers instead of making them feel under appreciated.
Advice
This internship does not allow you to learn much as Ford uses interns as cheap laborers.
