What I heard from HR was that the job turnover rate, especially among teenagers, was rather high. So, if you're going to take this job, or any job in retail, for that matter, mean it.

Working in a grocery store was much different than my job on campus as a tutor. I liked the social aspect and the change of pace.

I wish I had been working more hours and that my coworkers were closer to my age.

I think this job gave me a renewed interest in physics because it reminded me how important it is to have a fulfilling career.

The (weekly) paycheck was a big draw, but I have previous work experience at that location and I felt like I was a good fit for the job.

I wish that I had managed to make shift leader before my time was up so I could dedicate my time to managing others and making deli-wide improvements.

Comfortable shoes and a can-do attitude are a must.
