What I liked

Co-workers were very nice and the pay was great. Also, the events for interns were fun.

What I wish was different

I wish I knew what my responsibilities would have been before I got there. I didn't really know what I was going to be doing until I started.

Advice

Learning curve was a bit steep, be prepared to get thrown into things.

What I liked

The company works on really incredible technology, and is at the forefront of the field (robotic surgery). Coworkers (both other interns and full-timers) were really friendly and great to work with. As an intern, I was given a lot of independence and trust, but also received as much support as I needed.

What I wish was different

Honestly not much. Compensation could have been a little higher, but the experience was overall very good.

Advice

If you work here, you'll probably start here completely lost. By the end of the internship you will marvel at how much you've learned and accomplished. Don't get discouraged at the outset, and do ask for help.

What I liked

Company culture is great. It’s emphasis on honesty, hard work, and treating all employees as people and valuable assets to the team is awesome.

What I wish was different

Sometimes things can be so fast-paced you feel as if you don’t have the time to do the deep-dives you’d prefer to do.

Advice

Work hard, be honest, and do what right rather than just what others want to be done.

What I liked

The people I worked with amazing. An excellent collection of brilliant, humble, and caring individuals who want to see you succeed. Also the work is a great mix of challenge and reward. In addition to never being bored for a single moment, I was presented with the opportunity to do real work that had an actual impact on the company.
