Larson Gross is a company that genuinely cares about both the employees and their customers. They actively seek out customers who also desire that connection, and from what I observed there is a lower turnover rate than I would have expected for the industry. There are also a lot of different pathways to go for in this company.
What I wish was different
Larson Gross is already working on this, but some of the training was in a slightly strange order. The glitches should be worked out by the next round of interns.
Advice
You do not need to know much. The first 2 weeks are training that felt like a review of everything I had learned in the last year before the internship, which was just first year accounting basics.
