I enjoyed the environment because there was always something to do. There were always loan applications to work on or telephone calls to make. It seemed fast paced at first but once I was comfortable with the computer program it the workload seemed steady and very fair.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have learned more about the different insurances offered, but to do so I would have needed a longer placement there.
Advice
I didn't have any loan or financial experience going into this position. I just had my mind set on doing the job I was interviewed for and setting goals that I knew I could reach if I worked hard enough.
