Position Overview

Join a tight-knit engineering team to build an open-source LLM API integration (fine-tuning + RAG) that powers next-gen training modules for the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do

• Improve our CMS and React Native mobile app with new training-content features.

• Build and fine-tune transformer models using proprietary data and RAG pipelines.

• Collaborate daily with a product manager and two senior ML engineers (US-friendly hours).

• Prototype prompt-engineering experiments; ship A/B tests and analyze results.

Schedule & Duration

• Summer 2025 (July-Aug): Full-time, ≈ 40 hrs/week.

• Academic Year 2025-26: Part-time, ≈ 10-20 hrs/week around your course load.

• Start/end dates are flexible within those windows.

You're a Fit If You Have

• 1+ project or research experience with Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Coursework in ML/NLP (transformers, embeddings, RAG).

• Familiarity with Hugging Face, Pandas, NumPy, and a vector DB (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

• (Bonus) Experience with MLflow or Weights & Biases.

Compensation
