Insurance Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients understand their insurance options and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping others secure their financial future through appropriate insurance coverage. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable insurance products.
• Engage in sales activities including telemarketing, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual agreement and understanding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice.
• Assist with benefits administration and explain policy details clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in insurance sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in sales administration tasks and telemarketing strategies.
• or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for better client engagement.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and various insurance products is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with clients.
• A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
