H2 Health is seeking new graduate physical therapists to join our outpatient teams across multiple locations. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for clinicians looking to grow in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to a diverse patient population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of therapists and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and company standards.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
