Founding Frontend Engineer
We’re building a modern Progressive Web App (PWA) for clinical data review. It is a single platform to replace fragmented tools used by statistical programmers and data managers.
We're looking for founding frontend engineer(s), responsible for implementing a scalable, responsive UI from high-fidelity mockups provided by our UX team.
You’ll work alongside backend engineers and internal testers, receiving rapid feedback cycles and clear product vision. This role is ideal for someone who wants to ship real product, fast, and grow with a mission-driven startup that solves real problems in clinical workflows. What You’ll Do
- Implement responsive, component-based UI from Figma designs
- Build spreadsheet-style views, resizable panes, and workflow-driven interfaces
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and device compatibility (desktop, tablet)
- Collaborate on event-driven features (activity logging, notifications)
- Deliver production-quality code
Tech & Tools
- React (preferred), HTML/CSS/JS/TS
- Figma, Trello, GitHub
- Microsoft ecosystem: Fluent UI, Graph API, Azure
- Event-driven architecture with backend support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building or contributing to production-grade web apps
- Strong frontend fundamentals and attention to UI detail
- Comfortable translating mockups into real, accessible, interactive interfaces
- Eager to contribute to a mission-focused product with clear user value
Compensation
- Equity available as a founding engineer
- Revenue share / commission tied to early customer contracts (including active leads)
- Opportunity for paid full-time or leadership role after initial traction
