Position Title: Spread the Word Specialist – Growth & Outreach Intern
Company: Let’s Jam
Type: Part-time, Unpaid Internship
Location: Remote

 Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week | 4-6 months

About the Role – The Spread the Word Specialist:
As our Spread the Word Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our community, building relationships, and getting our jam onto more shelves (and toast). You'll support sales and partnership outreach while learning the ins and outs of grassroots brand growth in a wellness-forward space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and reach out to potential retail partners, stockists, and collaborators
  • Assist in organizing pop-ups, markets, and sampling events
  • Build and maintain a CRM of leads, contacts, and follow-ups
  • Support wholesale and distributor outreach efforts
  • Draft pitch emails and partnership proposals with founder guidance
  • Track outreach progress and provide weekly updates

  • A people-person who’s energized by authentic connection
  • Excited by natural wellness, food culture, and women-led business
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating via email, phone, or DM
  • Interested in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
  • Eager to grow your skill set while supporting a purpose-driven brand
