Program Business Engineer (TE4)

Seattle, WA – Northwest Region 

$91,400 – $122,976 Annually

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an experienced engineering professional to serve as the Program Business Engineer with the Puget Sound Gateway Program in Seattle, WA. The objective of this position is to manage agreements for the $2.8 Billion Puget Sound Gateway Program to ensure its successful delivery of the highest quality in a transparent, timely, and fiscally responsible manner. This position works to ensure the successful delivery of the program by working with project managers, WSDOT HQ Consultant Services Office (CSO), Utilities, Railroads and Agreements (URA) and other support and specialty groups within WSDOT and the State Attorney General’s Office. The position reports to the Transportation Technical Engineer, functioning as a senior agreements lead, responsible for the successful development and execution of agreements with consultants, other government agencies, utilities, and other entities.
