Workplace Strategy Analyst

About The Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Analyst, you will assist with the programming of future work environments for small to large-sized clients.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a strategic framework for research processes and report-outs with management oversight
  • Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming future office spaces.
  • Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data from various platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal and external subject matter experts to detail the consequences of new workplace and workspace recommendations.
  • Construct and act on a range of communication plans for client project work and internal team initiatives.
  • Guide internal and external working groups for feedback and evaluation.
  • Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards.
  • Have some knowledge of standard design and hospitality principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to tackle ambiguous and variable problems.
  • Customer service and customer experience oriented.
  • Experience in analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficiency in data analytics platforms. Examples include Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to participate in public speaking engagements.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
