About the Opportunity:

Global Adventure Education offers an exclusive Internship designed for current students or graduates seeking practical experience within the Hospitality and Tourism industry in Thailand. This internship opportunity aims to provide students enrolled in Hospitality & Tourism, Business, or other Administrative studies with hands-on experience, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations:
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Reservations and Administration:
  • Handle room reservations and cancellations.
  • Manage guest folios and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain and update records of guest information and preferences.
• Communication:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Operational Support:
  • Assist with managing the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
  • Help in preparing reports and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Support the front office team in various administrative tasks as needed.
• Customer Service:
  • Ensure a seamless and pleasant guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Solicit feedback from guests to improve services and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Hospitality & Tourism field.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
• Passion for the Hospitality and Tourism industry and a desire to gain hands-on experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse cultural environments.
