About the Role
As a Leadership Development Associate, you’ll start in an entry-level associate role with a clear path to fast-track into senior leadership. You'll mentor a remote team, drive strategy, and develop the skills that define great leaders—all in a mission-driven, supportive environment
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of remote agents
- Drive performance by leading by example in sales and service
- Analyze performance metrics and build strategic action plans
- Facilitate onboarding and virtual training sessions
- Foster a high-performance culture through communication and accountability
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
What You Bring
- A natural leadership instinct and passion for helping others succeed
- Strong communication skills, especially in digital/remote formats
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Customer service, sales, or team leadership experience is a plus
- No degree required—your drive is what matters most
