Software Engineer – Full-Time Job via Career Accelerator Program

ElevateMe is hiring Software Engineers through our advanced training and career placement support program, designed to help international students and recent graduates secure full-time IT roles in the U.S.
This is not a direct employment offer with ElevateMe. Instead, you’ll receive technical training, mentorship, real-time project experience, and job application support — with the goal of placing you in a full-time Software Engineering role at one of our hiring partner companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Once placed in a client organization, your job may include:

  • Designing and developing scalable software applications using technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, AWS, etc.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver full-stack solutions
  • Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint deliverables
  • Debugging, optimizing, and deploying production-ready applications

Training & Support Before Placement Includes:

 

  • ✅ 200+ hours of training in full-stack software development
  • ✅ 1:1 mentorship with industry experts
  • ✅ Hands-on real-time and capstone projects
  • ✅ GitHub portfolio and resume optimization
  • ✅ Mock interviews, job sourcing, and scheduling support
  • ✅ Ongoing career coaching and application tracking

Eligibility:

  • Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Strong interest in backend, frontend, or full-stack development
  • Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
  • Open to F1/OPT/STEM OPT students or recent U.S. graduates

Payment & Policy Transparency (Required):
ElevateMe is a career accelerator, not a job consultancy. We offer the program via:

  • Upfront Payment Option ($2000–$5000 depending on plan)
  • Loan/Installment Option (0 upfront via Telhio/Lumion financing)
    We do not use fake experience or placement guarantees. We offer a pro-rata money-back guarantee if students are not placed within the defined period.
