Location: Remote Work (only in the following states: AR, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NE, NH, NY, NJ, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI)

Position Summary:
The Grants and Contract - Documentation and Database Management team is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented intern to support our Research and Development program. The Documentation and Database Management Intern will play a crucial role in projects focused on improving Sabin’s document management systems.
Responsibilities:
The Documentation and Database Management intern will assist with Sabin’s ongoing effort to establish a centralized document management system for our Research and Development program. Specifically, this position will support:
- Data Entry: input information into record management system (MasterControl system)
- Database Management: assist with data migration and metadata management of electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
- Data Integrity: review and verify records for accuracy and completeness
- Compliance: ensure adherence to record retention policies, data privacy regulations, and other established policies and procedures
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Database Management, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage records accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Proficiency in analyzing data
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week during the Fall 2025 semester
