Marketing Strategy Solutions is seeking a Social Media Intern for the fall semester. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in social media, particularly Instagram, and seeks practical experience in brand strategy and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

The intern will contribute to advancing the agency's brand presence and audience engagement. This role provides opportunities to develop skills in social media marketing, content creation, brand management, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Support
  • Plan and manage monthly Instagram content calendars.
  • Create engaging content (stories, reels, carousels) that connect with our audience.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies to grow followers.
  • Use Reddit to identify relevant discussions for our principal consultant to contribute to in a way that helps us reach and engage with the target audience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and share recommendations to improve results.
  • Research industry trends and present insights to the team.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate on marketing materials with our designers and writers.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about social media and brand marketing.
• Current college student (juniors and seniors preferred).
• Available to work no more than 10–15 hours/week during Eastern Time business hours.
• Committed for the full fall semester (with opportunity to extend).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Extensive prior experience is not required. Curiosity, initiative, and creativity are essential qualifications.

• Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap with East Coast hours.
