Starting Pay: $28.00/hr + $0.50 Shift Premium
2nd Shift | Hands-On Industrial Environment
Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on machinery such as Waterjets, HAAS machines, Band saws, Plate saws, Schelling saws, Bearing saws, and Tsune circular saws.
- Perform timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Establish and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and facility equipment.
- Complete facility/building maintenance tasks and minor repairs while keeping the work area clean and safe.
- Dismantle malfunctioning equipment and install new or repaired machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and completed repairs.
- Coordinate and provide recommendations for contracts and third-party services.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Mechanical and technical aptitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Technical certificate or college degree in a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
