CentriKid Camps – Audio Technician (Summer Staff)
About CentriKid
CentriKid is a Christian summer camp for 2nd–6th graders where every moment—from Bible study to worship to track times—is intentionally designed to point kids to Jesus. Our staff team serves churches by creating a safe, fun, and gospel-centered environment where kids can grow in their faith and experience the joy of following Christ.
The Role: Audio Technician
Audio Technicians run sound for worship, productions, and camp activities. From microphones to music, you’ll ensure every word and song is clear, helping create a distraction-free environment where kids can hear and respond to the gospel. While your primary role is behind the soundboard, you’ll also teach track times—activity-based classes (like sports, arts, or skills) that give kids the chance to try new things, build friendships, and connect in smaller groups. You won’t be the primary leader for Bible study or recreation, but you’ll often serve as support to help those staff members succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Operate audio equipment for worship services, productions, and daily camp activities.
Manage microphones, instruments, and music playback to create a smooth worship environment.
Teach track times that connect with kids’ interests and create space for fun and connection.
Support Bible Study Leaders and Recreation Staffers in their camper-facing roles as needed.
Build relationships with campers throughout the day, encouraging them in their walk with Christ.
Support churches by contributing to a Christ-centered camp experience.
Be adaptable and ready to serve both behind the scenes and alongside campers.
