Position Summary: This position will be a critical part of TMC’s finance and accounting team. This team of four delivers the Company’s finance and accounting needs while working with operating teams throughout the Company. Like the rest of the team, this role requires a skilled individual who is capable of balancing a variety of accounting-related tasks and projects.
Key Activities:
- Process incoming invoices for accounts payable
- Prepares and records accounts receivable transactions
- Perform month-end close responsibilities (Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.)
- Assist with the weekly expense report processing
- Responding to information requests from various members throughout the organization
- Miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and information compilation
Professional Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related major.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated individual with exceptionally strong analytical skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
