·        Must have JX or JQ Music Endorsement

·        Must Be Highly Qualified

·        State of Michigan Teaching Certificate Required

·        Previous experience working with elementary students.

·        Ability to collaborate with colleagues.

·        Connects well with parents/guardians.

·        Growth and asset-minded . . . each day is a ‘get-to’ day.

·        Strong communication skills.

·        Highly organized.
