People & Culture Intern

The Role
Torticity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to support key initiatives that enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness. This internship provides hands-on experience in onboarding, learning management systems, compliance training, and overall People & Culture operations, while working directly with the VP and Senior Manager of People & Culture.

You’ll Gain Experience In:

New Hire Onboarding – planning schedules, coordinating meet-and-greets, preparing materials, tracking completion

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration – managing course assignments, maintaining records, uploading content, troubleshooting issues

Quarterly Compliance Training – coordinating launches, tracking completions, preparing reports, auditing records

General People & Culture Support – providing admin support, assisting with data management and reporting, contributing to team initiatives, and supporting ad hoc projects

We’re Excited About You Because You Have:

Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Digital fluency and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Canva

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Interest in Learning & Development, employee experience, and People & Culture operations
