About the Position:

Under the general direction of the Building CA Program Coordinator, a Staff Services Manager (SSM) II, receiving functional guidance from the Building CA Program Manager, a SSM III, the Research Data Specialist II (RDS II) works as the CalSMART Data Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy of data entered into CalSMART, which is the primary database for SB 1 reporting and local partner project tracking”. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting complex SB 1 program data from program coordinators, verifying the accuracy of this data, and transforming project data to meet mapping and reporting requirements. The incumbent will manage project information accuracy, including funding data, project metrics, post-mile details, and spatial data, while improving the organization and accessibility of media assets such as project photos and videos.
