Corporate Business Operations Internship Program – Make an Impact at Niagara!

 

Are you a future business leader ready to make a real impact? At Niagara, we’re inviting talented students to join our Summer Internship Program — a hands-on experience designed to launch your career in sustainability, transformation, corporate engagement, and commercial strategy.

 

Interns spend the summer working directly on high-impact projects within one of our HQ business operations departments. You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your creativity, analytical thinking, and passion for innovation will help drive strategic initiatives across the organization. During this 12-week internship, participants are encouraged to think critically and use a continuous improvement mindset to approach challenges and deliver results. Interns gain hands-on experience in work related to their field of study.

  • Sustainability – Support environmental initiatives and help drive responsible business practices.
  • Business Transformation – Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve efficiency and enable growth.
  • Corporate Giving – Assist in community engagement and philanthropic efforts.
  • Sales & Marketing – Help develop and execute strategies that connect our products with customers.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on meaningful supply chain projects.
  • Apply your knowledge to improve processes, drive innovation, and support strategic goals. 
  • Research, analyze, and present data to support strategic decisions.

  • Current Juniors/Rising Seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Impact & Sustainability, Social Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related field.
