Role
We are seeking a law student to contribute part-time on a side-gig basis. The focus will be on performance contract structures in the live music industry, including issues around radius clauses, rights holder payments, and technology-driven frameworks that challenge outdated industry norms.
Who You Are
Current law student with an interest in entertainment law, music law, or contract law
Excited by the chance to work on real-world, forward-looking industry problems
Comfortable engaging with technology, AI, and data-driven approaches
Detail-oriented and able to translate legal concepts into clear, applicable language
What You’ll Do
Research and draft materials related to performance contracts and live music agreements
Assist in developing new models of rights and obligations informed by technology and AI
Collaborate with a team that is reshaping how the live music ecosystem functions
