Managed Services Intern - NYC

As an Intern, you’ll support a team of professionals, working on real-world business challenges from strategy to execution. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the coordination and management of international assignments and relocations.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and analysis related to global mobility policies and compliance.
  • Learning about and contributing to payroll, tax, and immigration processes in global mobility contexts.
  • Conducting research on global mobility trends and best practices.
  • Helping with day-to-day tasks such as data entry, report generation, and communications with clients or vendors.
  • Helping to identify opportunities for process improvements and support the development of innovative solutions.
  • Participating in team meetings and discussions to develop an understanding of client needs and business processes.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Preferred Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in global mobility, human resources, tax, or finance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop skills in managing client relationships, payroll, and global mobility processes.
  • Begin to understand the foundational principles of global compliance related to assignments and relocations.

  • Compensation: $23.56 - $30.10/hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
