Customer Success Representative

Customer Success Representative Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote the latest advancements in wireless services to captivate customer interest and stimulate demand.
    Analyze client needs to uncover high-impact sales opportunities through the delivery of tailored solutions and value-driven promotions.
  • Engage customers through consultative, in-person interactions to educate them on wireless capabilities, enhancing product utilization and strengthening brand affinity.
  • Persuasively communicate the unique value propositions of AT&T services, positioning offerings as superior solutions in a competitive marketplace.
  • Exhibit emotional acuity and professionalism when addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a supportive and informative experience that builds trust.
  • Oversee the end-to-end service implementation process—including activation, delivery, and installation—to ensure a seamless transition and reinforce customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve service-related concerns with strategic, customer-focused solutions designed to exceed expectations and cultivate loyalty.
  • Partner effectively with fellow Customer Service & Seals Team Members and align with leadership directives to drive collective performance and exceed organizational sales objectives.

Customer Success Representative Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Representative is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to excel independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments where attention to detail matters.
  • A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
