Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll dive into meaningful work from day one. You won’t be fetching coffee—you’ll be:

  • Researching new markets and uncovering potential clients
  • Crafting outreach emails and presentations that resonate
  • Nurturing leads through CRM tools and personal follow-ups
  • Brainstorming with marketing and operations to strengthen our strategies
  • Tracking results, celebrating small wins, and iterating on your approach

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential industries and companies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in our CRM
  • Develop persuasive outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate discovery calls and prepare customized proposals
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver weekly progress reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our go-to-market strategy

Who You Are

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • A clear communicator, comfortable writing emails and presenting ideas
  • Self-motivated and organized when working remotely
  • Eager to learn from experienced mentors and open to constructive feedback
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and any CRM platform (bonus points for HubSpot or Salesforce)
