Service Sales Representative
CentiMark has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Service Sales Representative to support our sales team in Arkansas. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.
CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.
Year-end compensation (salary + commission) for this position can be up to $75k - $100k.
Job Summary:
- Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
- Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
Candidate Qualifications:
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience preferred but not required
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge preferred but not required
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
- Ability to effectively listen and communicate
- Be coachable and receive constructive criticism
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
