Responsibilities include:
One-on-one care for learners (18 months – 21 years) in center, home, or community settings
Teaching daily living skills and monitoring progress through data collection
Working with families and teams to follow individualized plans
Managing required documentation and ensuring safety and quality care
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Valid Michigan driver’s license
A passion for working with children and strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
