Addiction Specialist Clinician

Addiction Specialist – Clinician
Salary:

Associate Level License: $55,000 – $70,000 (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT)

Independent Level License: $65,000 – $75,000 (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)

Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Nursing.

Nursing candidates must hold Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Candidates must demonstrate competency in the practice of alcohol and drug counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct clinical services and advocacy for clients.

Coordinate services with Pathways programs and community partners.

Represent Pathways in the community.

Provide clinical supervision to staff in assigned region.

Travel required (mileage reimbursed per Pathways policy).

Experience & Skills:

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Knowledge of treatment modalities and available resources.

Ability to evaluate treatment effectiveness.

Supervision and leadership skills.

Demonstrated competency in Addiction Counseling Competencies (skills, knowledge, and attitudes).
