Location: Fully Remote
Type: Paid Part-Time Internship (approx. 5–10 hrs/week)
Start Date: Flexible – Fall 2025, Winter 2025 or Early 2026 semester

About Sparkologie
Sparkologie is a design-forward art, design & STEM studio that sparks creativity and innovation for kids. We run after-school enrichment programs, school-break camps, and community events that blend art, design, and technology in magical, hands-on ways.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter Project Manager Intern to help keep our creative programs, marketing campaigns, and community events running smoothly. This is a great fit for a college student who loves planning, organizing, and seeing ideas come to life.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support exciting brand-building projects—like event rollouts, new program launches, and promotional campaigns—while learning real-world project management.
  • Lead and track brand-driven projects such as new class launches, seasonal campaigns, and community events to ensure on-time, on-brand execution.
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources for studio programs, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Support scheduling for instructors, vendors, and venues
  • Track project progress, flag issues, and help maintain smooth communication among team members
  • Assist with vendor follow-up

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Project Management, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or similar)
  • Interest in art, design, education, or children’s enrichment programs is a plus
