About the Position:

Under the direction of the Branch Chief of Enterprise Traffic Data, a Senior Transportation Electrical Engineer (Supervisor), the incumbent, a Transportation Engineer (Electrical), serves as the Transportation Management System (TMS) Asset Data and Database Management Support engineer in the Enterprise Traffic Data Branch. The incumbent is responsible for performing data integration, validation, and system development for Transportation Management System (TMS) Assets and Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) Assets. The incumbent plays an important role in the development of the TMS and WIM asset data for reliability, quality, and integrity and is also responsible for enhancement, development, and integration of databases related to TMS and WIM asset inventory.
