Office Assistant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Kick off the day by opening the office at 7:00 AM and setting the stage for a great day
- Answer phones like a pro and guide calls with a smile
- Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Handle payments and keep records neat and accurate
- Prepare and make bank deposits like a boss
- Jump in to help with general office tasks wherever needed

- Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred
