Night Shift Production Supervisor

Supervise and lead a team of production line operators on the night shift. 

Ensure production goals are met with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. 

Train, coach, and evaluate employees to ensure performance expectations are met. 

Oversee compliance with cGMP regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation practices. 

Collaborate with Operations, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow. 

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Food/Beverage, or related field. 

4+ years of supervisory experience managing production staff. 

3+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing (canning/bottling preferred).
