To ensure cohesion and collaboration in the workplace, Resource Group associates filling remote roles are expected to be available for meetings and other work related needs between 9AM-4PM CST. Customer facing positions may have other preferences which will be discussed during the interview process.
What You Will Do
The Resource Group, a subsidiary of Ascension, is a business transformation services organization that specializes in resource and supply chain management. This internship falls within one of The Resource Group's Solution Support Communities. Like many organizations, these Communities are necessary in maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience. Throughout the 12-week experience, interns will work on unique personal projects, collaborate with other interns to solve organizational challenges, and learn new business & professional skills. - Conduct ongoing improvement efforts of existing talent learning and development initiatives, including best practice research, data analysis, and benchmarking across organizations
- Assist in planning and implementation of new organization-wide initiatives to ensure associate adoption, engagement, and understanding
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in formulating and implementing solutions
- Engage with leadership at varying levels of the organization to support and communicate project milestones, maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality
- Contribute to an environment that fosters teamwork, welcomes communication and facilitates customer service
- Coordinate meetings, facilitate presentations, and capture accurate notes as needed
- Assist in development of support tools for special projects utilizing G-Suite applications
