Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Nexclin Medicine

Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the growth of Nexclin Medicine through patient engagement, sales promotion, and marketing campaigns. This role bridges front-desk operations (using Boulevard for scheduling and check-in) with business development activities, ensuring an excellent patient experience while driving practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Engagement & Check-In

  • Manage patient flow using Boulevard, including check-in, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth front-desk operations, addressing patient needs promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with explaining treatment plans, membership programs, and available services to patients.

Sales Promotion & Conversions

  • Promote Nexclin Medicine’s services, including weight loss programs, IV infusions, InBody scans, hormone balance services, and cosmetic treatments.
  • Support sales efforts by introducing promotions, packages, and seasonal offers to patients.
  • Track sales metrics, patient conversions, and provide reporting to management.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into active patients.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns (social media, email, and in-office promotions).
  • Collaborate with the medical and administrative team to plan campaigns around new services, promotions, and patient education.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials, following Nexclin Medicine’s professional style.
  • Assist with Canva designs, content scheduling, and managing social media engagement.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with providers, clinical staff, and management to align sales and marketing with patient care.
  • Provide feedback from patients to help improve services and marketing messaging.
  • Support event planning (e.g., open houses, community outreach, educational workshops).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or patient-facing healthcare roles.
  • Familiarity with Boulevard or similar scheduling/CRM software.
  • Experience with digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, Canva).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service–oriented, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
