Executive Assistant – Technology, HR, and Leadership Support
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (TriSphere Apps, LLC)
Overview
TriSphere Apps, LLC is seeking Executive Assistants to support our Technology, Human Resources, and Leadership functions. This is a multi-posting opportunity, with three assistants hired to specialize in Tech, HR, and Leadership/Vice President support. Each role will play a critical part in enabling our leadership team to operate smoothly across a growing and dynamic mobile-app and HR-tech environment.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the COO and leadership team to provide operational support, manage communications, coordinate projects, and ensure day-to-day activities are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for assigned leader(s) (Tech, HR, or Leadership/VP).
Manage scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for the COO and designated leaders.
Assist in organizing cross-functional projects across technology, HR, and business operations.
Handle documentation, reports, and confidential files with discretion.
Coordinate with HR and technology teams to ensure smooth workflows and alignment on strategic initiatives.
Prepare presentations, agendas, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Support onboarding, volunteer coordination, and training logistics as needed.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Prior executive assistant or coordinator experience in technology, HR, or business operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools).
HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) knowledge or experience is a plus.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
