Legence | Electrical Engineer Intern/Co-op Summer 2026 - CMTA

This position at CMTA, a Legence company, is part of their engineering design team and is a paid Electrical Engineer Internship/Co-op in Engineering, based in multiple locations across the United States. It's for students pursuing bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, preferably sophomores or juniors and lasts for the summer 2026 rotation with flexible dates. Interns will learn and implement electrical system basics including power distribution, lighting and controls, and fire alarm systems, produce detailed layout and equipment details of electrical systems, and work with designers and engineers to develop all aspects of building projects. This role provides hands-on experience in Engineering within a consulting engineering firm and is ideal for students interested in building systems electrical engineering, MEP design, and sustainable building design.
