Executive Assistant – Human Resources Manager
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Location: Remote (TriSphere Apps LLC)
Overview
TriSphere Apps, LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the HR Manager and human resources operations. This role will focus on providing administrative support, managing scheduling and communications, and assisting with HR processes such as onboarding, volunteer coordination, and HR technology systems. The assistant will help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and act as a key support partner for the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Assist in maintaining HR files, documentation, and confidential records.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new volunteers and team members.
- Help track HR projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with leadership and other departments to align HR processes with organizational needs.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and other HR tech systems.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and communications.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, or Coordinator.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, HR workflows, and volunteer/internship programs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, volunteer-driven environment.
