Outbound Campaign Intern

Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid (with potential for a recommendation letter or future paid opportunities)

As an Outbound Campaign Intern, you’ll focus on creating and running outbound campaigns through Roger to reach potential clients and generate interest. You’ll learn firsthand how startups build targeted outreach strategies, personalize messaging for different industries, and use AI to scale their sales efforts efficiently.

This internship is light-commitment but high-learning, perfect for students or anyone curious about startups, AI, or B2B sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and launch outbound campaigns in Roger targeting specific industries or roles
  • Research and build prospect lists on LinkedIn
  • Send and respond to LinkedIn messages to generate interest and leads
  • Create short, engaging LinkedIn posts highlighting Roger’s features or success stories
  • Attend weekly calls with the CEO to learn practical startup lessons such as marketing, sales, and growth
  • Participate in onboarding to understand Roger’s positioning and product
  • Share feedback and ideas for improving outreach or marketing
