Human Resources Intern
This position provides support to the Human Resources department by working on a variety of HR projects to gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Humans Resources.
YOUR IMPACT

- Support the Talent Development team in implementing, managing, and continuously improving talent programs.
- Assist with recruiting activities for manufacturing and office positions including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screening, etc.
- Assist with coordination of the new hire orientation, including scheduling, attendance tracking, event set-up, distribution of welcome gifts, ordering of materials, and more
- Conduct additional aspects of the employee onboarding process, such as I-9 completion, documentation verification, badge distribution, etc.
- Analyze and assemble reports on team member engagement data
- Assist in the development and execution of various HR programs
- Maintain training records for hourly and salaried team members, maintaining an organized system of filing, tracking, uploading to the HRIS, and ensuring accurate compliance
- Lead projects as assigned by your leader.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field for entire duration of internship
- Graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for full duration or part of internship (relocation assistance provided for those with a permanent address of greater than 50 miles from Oshkosh, WI).

- Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced team environment
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
