Couture is a fast-growing merch startup delivering high-quality, custom apparel to student organizations and startups. Founded by three college friends the first semester after graduating from the University of Michigan, we've worked with over 200 clients in just 1 year, including student orgs at universities nationwide and emerging startups across industries. About the Role
We're seeking results-driven Brand Ambassadors to expand Couture's market presence and drive client acquisition. This is a performance-based opportunity for motivated individuals who have strong networks and proven ability to connect businesses with valuable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Represent our brand professionally in your network and community
- Identify and connect with potential clients who would benefit from our services
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Create and share engaging content about our offerings
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our team
What We're Looking For
- Strong existing network with college organizations/greek life
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Track record of making successful business introductions
- Ability to work independently and meet objectives
Interview Process
Our selection process is designed to identify candidates who can deliver real results. To advance in the interview process, candidates will be asked to:
- Demonstrate their network strength and relationship-building ability
- Facilitate introductions with 2-3 qualified potential clients who would benefit from our services
- These connections will help us assess your understanding of our ideal customer and your ability to open doors
Compensation
- 5-10% of the revenue from client orders
- Performance bonuses based on successful client conversions
